CITY OF HURRICANE – CHRISTMAS BLESSINGS (September 18 - November 9, 2023) **Provides assistance for children ages birth through high school Printable application or sponsorship form: https://www.hurricanewv.com/ch... **Deadline is FIRM! No late applications accepted.** Proof of income or SNAP letter are necessary for registration.
SALVATION ARMY – ANGEL TREE (October 11, 2023) -- In-person registration from 9:00am-2:00pm at Teays Valley Church of the Nazarene **Provides assistance for children ages 12 and under. ONLINE applications are also available. (**Use Code “Putnam”) https://saangeltree.org/ You MUST upload your ID, SNAP or INCOME, and CHILD DOCUMENTATION for children. You MUST have a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS and WORKING PHONE NUMBER. You will receive an email with your angel code and, once approved, you will receive an email with your acceptance letter.
